Dr. Allan Grossman DPM, FACFAS, FAPWCA, FAPWH

Dr. Allan Grossman completed his residency at Harvard Medical School-affiliated hospitals before pursuing an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship. He is Board Certified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and has built a distinguished career grounded in evidence-based medicine, clinical research, and advanced gait analysis.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Grossman has lectured internationally and contributed extensively to the scientific community through numerous publications. He has conducted clinical trials for over 16 years, further strengthening his commitment to data-driven treatment and innovation.

Dr. Grossman served as Medical Director of a leading Gait Lab for three decades, where he oversaw computerized gait analysis using in-shoe sensors and video technology. During this time, he personally reviewed more than 10,000 computerized gait scans. His expertise also led to his role as a medical advisor for the Pedorthic Footcare Association.

His insights have been featured in Tennis Magazine and multiple professional journals.

Ryan M. Smuro

Ryan Smuro is a results-driven business leader with a proven track record in the healthcare sector, specializing in organizational operations, patient experience, and customer engagement. His career began in physical therapy, where a pivotal collaboration with Dr. Allan Grossman in 2006 shaped his understanding of gait mechanics and complex foot and ankle conditions.

Working side-by-side, Ryan and Dr. Grossman treated a wide spectrum of patients - from older adults managing diabetic-related complications to elite, Olympic-level runners striving for peak performance.

Motivated by that insight, Ryan and Dr. Grossman have continued to build on their expertise with a unified mission: to bring a high-quality, accessible, and truly effective product to the world.
